This is the first edition of a festival that has the explicit goal of promoting young film-makers and artists and their work - film, music and visual art-wise; and also, to cultivate the interest in and promote the arts and culture media among the general public throught independent film, video and new media making.
The festival presents the latest tendencies and technologies from the audio/visual sphere. Kinofest explores the creative and cultural potential of digital technologies. We help to develop and promote new concepts and innovation in digital art and design throught exhibitions, events and the commissioning of new interactive and digital artworks.
